The Esker data capture module works hand in hand with the image recognition technology (OCR, ICR, barcode recognition) integrated in the solution, providing the missing intelligence to accurately extract relevant information from vendor invoices. The solution makes sense of character sequences extracted using OCR, relying on context based recognition, key words, fuzzy search, number computation, and automatic data validation - where extracted information is cross-checked against your existing databases. The module handles multiple languages and single or multi-page vendor invoices.
